Christina Aguilera's Big Day! - November 21, 2005 |
Pop music's "Dirrty Girl," CHRISTINA AGUILERA, tied the knot with music executive JORDAN BRATMAN this weekend at the Staglin Family Winery -- the Staglins are family friends -- in Napa Valley, CA, and ET has the inside scoop and the star reactions!
The nuptials began at 6 p.m. when the former Mouseketeer walked down the aisle in a gown by French designer CHRISTIAN LACROIX. The bride's hair was pulled back in a chignon and accessorized with diamonds and white flowers. Christina's sister RACHEL was the maid of honor. Jordan's brother JOSH served as best man.
The couple exchanged wedding bands designed by London jeweler STEPHEN WEBSTER, who also designed the engagement ring.
The six bridesmaids wore dresses designed by KAI MILLA, the wife of STEVIE WONDER. The couple said their vows in front of 130 guests, including actress SHARON STONE.
Prior to the wedding, Christina and Jordan stayed at the nearby luxurious Auberge du Soleil, where the rehearsal dinner took place. And the pop star's vintage white Rolls Royce was delivered to the location for the couple's convenience. The newlyweds will be leaving for their honeymoon this week.
Celeb pals CARSON DALY, CARMEN ELECTRA and COOLIO gave ET warm wishes for the couple.
"Live long and have a great, great marriage. I'm super happy for you guys," Carson said.
Coolio added, "Health, happiness and long life, and if things don't work out, I'll holla at ya!"
After being introduced by producer IRVING AZOFF in 2002, the lovebirds became engaged in February of this year when Christina thought she was simply going to Big Sur for a romantic weekend, but Jordan surprised her with a five-carat diamond-and-platinum ring designed by Stephen Webster with input from Jordan.
Earlier, according to "The Insider"'s MARC MALKIN, Christina and Jordan enjoyed joint bachelor and bachelorette parties at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas over Halloween weekend, and they dressed for the occasion: Christina came as a nurse and Jordan as a doctor!
